Heisterkamp Breakdown Service 24/7 is a part of Heisterkamp Transportation Solutions and coordinates from Oldenzaal the reports of stranded trucks, trailers, and coaches. We do this for both our own fleet of 700 trucks and 7000 trailers, as well as for a large number of external customers. Due to the expansion of our activities to Eastern Europe, we are opening a second office in Szczecin, Poland! What does the job entail: When a customer or one of our own vehicles experiences a breakdown, they call or email Heisterkamp Breakdown Service. The operators of the Breakdown Service ensure that (with the help of dedicated software systems) the right repairer, tire company, or towing service is engaged to get the customer back on the road as quickly as possible. For this, we have a network of about 6000 workshops across Europe. It is important that the customer is kept informed about the progress in the meantime and that the case is properly recorded and settled administratively. Currently, the HKP Breakdown Service operates from Oldenzaal (NL). However, due to an increasing number of breakdown cases in Eastern Europe, and an increase in the number of Eastern European drivers, we want to spread our wings to Poland. At our office in Szczecin, we want to set up a new department of the Breakdown service, starting with two pioneers, but with the desire and ambition to grow into multiple operators. Naturally, under the supervision of the (manager) Breakdown service in Oldenzaal. The night and weekend services will be done by the operators in Oldenzaal. So, it only concerns services between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm on weekdays.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has the enthusiasm and drive to set up the Breakdown Service in Szczecin, Poland.
- Can set up and run a department.
- Is capable of building and maintaining a good team.
- Has an affinity with trucks and the transport sector.
- Speaks Polish as well as German and/or English; preferably also Romanian and/or Latvian.
- Is customer-friendly, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Is willing to be occasionally in the office in Oldenzaal during the training period.
